Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our returns policy below to determine whether your item is eligible for a return and how to initiate the process.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • You provide a valid proof of purchase (e.g., a receipt or order confirmation).
  • The item is unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a return or may be subject to additional restocking fees.

Exceptions

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and digital downloads. If you have questions about whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us prior to placing an order or initiating a return.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email or call us within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return authorization. Please provide your order number and the reason for return.
  2. Prepare the Item: Place the item in its original packaging along with all accessories, manuals, or other items included at the time of purchase.
  3. Ship the Item: If applicable, we will provide you with the return shipping address or a return label. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless we specify otherwise.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed using your original method of payment, unless an alternative method is requested. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to post to your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We may require photo or video evidence of the damage before issuing a refund or replacement. Please retain all packaging materials until we have resolved the issue.
