Return Policy

Full-priced Items:
The ArtsBot has a 30-days refund policy: customers can buy the product, try it and if they are unsatisfied, they can return it within 30 days. The ArtsBot will offer either a refund or a replacement.

Clearance Items:
All clearance items sales are final unless there is a clear manufacturer defect involved. Exchanges will not be accepted either.

Return Process:
To process a refund, please email us us at support@theartsbot.com or call us at 1-855-9ARTSBOT for instructions on returning the products. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and how we will be issuing your refund or replacement.

Please allow 4-7 business days AFTER your item(s) are received for return processing to complete.

Refunds are issued to the card used or payment method used during the transaction.
